Should have written this post right away, but buried.... writing, finishing up a class and preparing for the class "festival".  Really excited to have Orlando Arriaga and Katie Wright-Mead participating in the festival. The reading at symphonyspace was the first out for DP hearing the 2nd act. It's always a bit nerve wracking to hear it with an audience, because you never know if they think something is funny that you think is hilarious...so audience reaction is a biggy. The cast did such a great job. It was wonderful to pull back several from the original cast. New characters are introduced in the second act so we expanded and Rachael Harrington did a terrific job casting and directing the reading. So many thanks are in order...to Royal Family Productions, to Rachael to the cast and I am excited to see what Don Pedro's next adventure will be....stay tuned!
